Fresh Fish at Deep Restaurant, Howth, Co. Dublin.
Brian McHugh and Brendan O'Connor have collaborated to start their own business. Moby Dick Ltd, and have purchased the fishing trawler Sharalisa. Brian who has many strings to his bow, a chef being one of his many talents has gone back to his first love - Fishing. Now captain of his own boat, he understands the importance of supplying fresh Irish fish to the local fish shops of Howth.
Deep Restaurant will also benefit from this, as we will have all our fish delivered fresh to our door, and our menu will be designed around the seasonal supply of fish from the Sharalisa. With Brian's knowledge of the fishing industry, and the skills of our head chef Franki Kovacs with sous chef Karl Brown, it will be a new chapter for the dishes at Deep.
